The MIssion Info area - CLICK ON MISSION INFO at the above tool bar to find useful information, like Specific Mission site folders, WJoS Mission Site folders, and a General Information folder

 
The First Team Packet - Your first step is to fill this out and return it to your mission coordinator.  This folder holds the letters from our co-founders, liability release forms, professional conduct codes, medical policies, health information sheet, medjet registration sheet and additional volunteer agreement forms - once you print, sign, and send these forms to us, you won't have to sign them again (unless our medical policies change, and then we'll ask that you re-sign an updated version)!  We'll host these forms in our files to alleviate some of the pressure veteran volunteers have experienced in the past to sign and re-sign these forms mission after mission - after this final time, using this new system, you won't have to sign again!
The Specific Mission Site folders - these folders are designed by our coordinators, both coordinators who live in Norfolk and local coordinators in the field.  Here only you, your team members, and your coordinator will have access to the information - in these folders you will find info like site and travel information, contact sheets, and any additional fun facts specifically pertinent to your mission 
Forums - these forums are designed for you to communicate with other volunteers - please share your mission experiences, critiques, funny stories, etc. This is designed for you and for your fun.  This area is not monitored, so if you have specific mission questions, please communicate directly to your coordinator
Photo Gallery - Feel free to post up to 20 photos in the Photo Gallery - Your own unique gallery was created for you when you registered
This is a new way for us to communicate with you and for you to communicate with us - we welcome any and all of your thoughts and comments to improve this system for everyone!

Through your help, we are able to provide medical care, conduct training programs, create long-lasting relationships and enable sustainable health care systems for providng treatment for people suffering from correctable facial deformities in 25 developing nations around the world. 
 
This website is designed for you - we want to make it easy for you to access necessary mission and program information, to communicate with some of the other 5000 volunteers, post personal experiences and share photos if you'd like, as well as enable our organization to communicate with you!
